Am I allowed to bring a plus one or additional guests?

Answer

Due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally listed on the invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one or children, their name(s) will be included when you RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Yes, cocktail formal attire.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We suggest you arrive by 4:30 PM to allow time to get seated and settled before the ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM.

Does the venue offer overnight accommodations?

Answer

The venue does not have overnight accommodations. We recommend booking your stay in Estes Park early, as it’s a popular destination.

Question

Will transportation be provided to and from the venue?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided. Rideshare options such as Uber and Lyft are very limited in Estes Park, so please plan to drive or carpool to and from the venue. Parking will be available on-site.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Food allergies can be listed on your RSVP.

Will the ceremony and reception be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside and reception will be inside, plan for warm summer weather with optional indoor ceremony if needed.
