Maid of Honor
Since the first time Elsie found herself in the beige sea of cubicles wondering why she took that job, trusted Janners was there, not lurking, just sitting there. It wasn’t long before work gave way to friendship, and happy hours, and long nights out on the town. We were there for each other through ups and downs, left and right swipes, in and out of the dating scene. And then buzzed in Andres, ruining it all with his suave charm and impeccable sense of humor. He just danced in, with his storm trooper costume and the rest is history. Now they want to get married and Janners will still be there, not lurking, just standing there, next to Elsie and supporting her every step of the way. I couldn’t be more proud of Elsie and Andres, they truly show the world what “meant to be” really means.

Elsie is someone who I've always looked up to and will continue to do for the rest of our lives. She's a fire cracker when you get her rolling, but she's the sweetest soul with the biggest heart. She is the first person that comes to mind when I need advice/guidance & is someone I can always count on (whenever she answers her phone that is ;). She is going to be a kickass aunt and I can't wait for my future nieces or nephews :p. The first time she mentioned meeting Andres, I knew there was something special about him. She had never spoken about someone as she did about him. There was a different look in her eye, different tone in her voice, she was genuinely happy and there wasn't ONE thing she would change about this man. Cheers to happiness, laughter, and a life full of excitement!

Elsie is such a smart girl and I look up to her for it. She knows exactly what she wants when she sees it and has her mind set to it. All she's achieved pushes me to keep doing my best! She is the best role model, any girl would be lucky to call her their sister. She's opened my eyes many times and helped me through my rough times. Andres and Elsie are the definition of true love, it makes me so happy that they found each other. I am excited to see what the future holds for them, they will make awesome parents and it'll be such a great honor to be their aunt (when the time comes ;)). So congratulations to y'all both and God bless y'all with what the future holds. I love you both very much and I'm so prout to welcome Andres to our family. I've gained another brother! Los quiero mucho <3

Elsie showed up as a stranger at my friend's house for a party one hot summer day in 2011. It only took a few conversations and fun experiences to know that I wanted to adopt her as my own friend for life. Since then we've traveled together, lived together, cried to one another, and laughed together (constantly). I admire Elsie for her calm strength, the level of responsibility she's always shown, and her open and adventurous spirit. I've seen her meet many, many, many undeserving frogs, but none seemed like they would become her prince charming until Andres came along. He's a great man with a level of goofiness that will keep Elsie laughing (or rolling her eyes) forever; so be prepared to see me ugly cry at her wedding when she marries her match.

Elsie and I met three years ago at work after I had just graduated and moved to Fort Worth. She took me under her wing and showed me the ropes! It didn't take long for a friendship to spark. Coming out of college and starting my real 'adult' life, I really looked up to her. She's confident, fun, kind, and really owns her life. She's like a big sister to me; always coming in clutch with the sage advice. I remember when Elsie and Andres first started dating and all the boy gossip we had. Even back then, we could all tell he was a keeper. Now almost three years later it's so easy to see how happy they make each other. I feel so lucky to be able to share their big day with them! Love you guys!
