We met in the most romantic setting possible: the MMM retreat in Michigan City, Indiana back in October of 2023. Sai was a second year student coming of his first big internship at BCG. Elsa was just starting her first year of business school, ready to take the world by storm. There was an instant connection between us. For the first few months, this turned into a friendship full of Formula 1 races and game nights. Soon we realized there was a lot more between us. We started dating in January of 2024 and have been crazy about each other ever since. Sai graduated business school in June 2024 and moved to Austin. We spent a year doing long distance, and then Elsa moved to Austin with him when she graduated the following June. On August 2nd 2025, Sai invited Elsa to a "BCG Sushi Waterslide Party" with a nice dress code. Elsa somehow believed him. Instead, she arrived to an elaborate setup at the Laguna Gloria garden where her dogs were waiting wearing "Will you marry me?" bandanas. We are so excited to celebrate with all the people we love in not just one, but two weddings (in India and in Austin).
