Group Rate Requirements: A two-night minimum stay is mandatory to access the discounted rate. Deposit & Payment: A deposit equivalent to the first night’s stay is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon check-in. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of the first night’s deposit. Transportation: Transportation services will be provided from Litchfield Beach & Golf Resort to Caledonia Golf & Fish Club. Shuttle service will begin picking up guests at 3:30 p.m., with multiple trips made prior to the ceremony. We encourage guests planning to use the shuttle to be ready a few minutes before departure.
