When and where is your actual wedding?
Answer
September 11, 2021 is the day we take the plunge, marrying each other here in the forests of northern Minnesota in a town called Eveleth. We currently work and live here at a summer camp Elsa grew up at, and we couldn’t think of a more perfect place to commit to each other: surrounded by beautiful rooted trees!

Why did you choose such a small ceremony?
Answer
Given the last year of the pandemic, and our own personal preferences, we decided to opt out of a single large wedding event. We’d rather connect with people more intimately, and we’d love to do that with YOU sometime soon!

Where will you live after you’re married?
Answer
We’re planning to head to the town of La Crosse, WI to live in river bluff country! We’re excited about the community, the landscape and ecosystem, and being a little closer to family in the Twin Cities and Chicago areas.

Will you honeymoon?
Answer
After the wedding, we’re heading out to the mountains to spend some time near Colorado Springs to reconnect with friends and hike the trails!
