Our first date was at Anthony’s on the Everett Marina. I was so nervous, and I could tell he was too, but being around him felt so easy. Then came the moment I’ll never forget, Drew accidentally dropped his drink on the calamari. I instantly tried to make him laugh and joked that maybe the calamari just wanted to go back to the ocean. The way he laughed, relaxed, and smiled at me… that’s when I knew we were meant for each other. What started with a swipe and a spark turned into a love that feels natural, joyful, and meant to be.
