Our shuttle service is Coxsackie Transport. Pickup/Drop-off schedule is as follows. If you are not staying at one of the below hotels, we kindly ask that you book transportation in advance. We'd recommend using Woodstock Town Car & Phoenicia Transport Friday — Welcome Party: 7:25 PM – Pickup at Woodstock Way Hotel (meet at Hillcrest Ave at the end of Waterfall Way). Guests at Woodstock Inn on the Millstream, please walk over to Woodstock Way for this pickup 7:55 PM - Pickup at Emerson Hotel 8:00 PM – Pickup at Howland House 10:15 PM – Return to Howland House 10:15-10:30 PM - Return to Emerson Hotel 10:35-10:40 PM – Final return shuttles depart Foxfire to Woodstock Way and Woodstock Inn on the Millstream Saturday — Wedding Day 3:15 PM – Woodstock Way Hotel (meet at Hillcrest Ave at the end of Waterfall Way). Guests at Woodstock Inn on the Millstream, please walk over to Woodstock Way 3:30 PM – Graham & Co. Hotel 3:40 PM – Emerson Resort & Spa 3:40 PM – Howland House All shuttles arrive at Foxfire Mountain House by 3:50 PM, just ahead of the 4:00 PM ceremony. Returns: 10:30 PM–12:00 AM – Shuttles run continuously from Foxfire back to Emerson Resort & Spa, Graham & Co. Hotel, Howland House, Woodstock Way, and Woodstock Inn on the Millstream
If you won't be taking the shuttles provided, guests should pre-arrange taxi transport. Ubers/Lyfts are sometimes unreliable, and cell service can be spotty in the Catskills. Our recommended taxi service is Woodstock Town Car & Phoenicia Transport.
Book early, especially if you are opting to stay at one of the recommended hotels. Most spots in the Catskills are small and tend to book up fast in the fall! That being said, there are tons more places (cottages, airbnbs, hotels) to stay near Foxfire.
For the wedding, we ask that guests wear black-tie attire - colorful dresses (and jackets) encouraged!
Several events on Saturday take place on grass - ladies, be mindful of this when choosing your shoes.
