Our story began at the Houston Food Truck Festival, where we were both invited by my best friend, Spencer Long, and his friend, Ryan Kelly. What started as a fun day with friends quickly turned into something more when Anthony and I met and instantly hit it off. There was an easy connection between us from the start, but at the time, it grew into a genuine friendship. For months, we stayed just friends, spending time together and getting to know each other more and more. Everything felt natural, and neither of us was in a rush to define what it was becoming. Then one day, during a conversation, I made the bold statement that baseball is not even a competitive sport, which, if you know Anthony, did not go over well. When he found out I had never been to a baseball game, he immediately decided to change that. The very next day, he showed up with tickets to a Houston Astros game, turning it into our very first date. From that moment on, everything shifted. What started as a simple friendship turned into something much more, and from that day forward, the rest is history.
