Friday Sundowner Game Drive

4:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Complimentary Game Drive (one per guest) for full weekend guests. You may select one of the following time slots: Friday Afternoon: 16:30 – 19:00 Includes one drink (beer/cider/soft drink/water) and snacks. Saturday Morning: 06:00 – 08:30 Includes one hot beverage (coffee/tea/hot chocolate) and a morning biscuit. Sunday Morning: 06:00 – 08:30 Includes one hot beverage (coffee/tea/hot chocolate) and a morning biscuit. How to book: Please indicate your single preferred slot in your RSVP. (If you have already RSVPed, you can update your response or contact us.) Important notes: One slot per guest only. Limited to 40 guests per slot, first come, first served basis. Please arrive 10 minutes before departure to allow for check-in and safety briefing. Attire: comfortable outdoor clothing and a warm layer for the morning drives.

Braai at Boma

6:00 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

Join us the evening before the big day for a relaxed Boma Braai under the stars! Please note that no self-catering or own drinks are allowed. A cash bar will be available—bring your appetite and good vibes. Let us know if you’ll be joining the Boma fun!

Wedding

2:30 pm

Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. The grass can be soft, so maybe rethink stilettos

Wedding Day Celebration We are delighted to welcome you to our wedding day and look forward to celebrating together. Order of Events 14:30 – Guest Arrival Kindly be seated by 14:30 so that we may begin the ceremony on time. 15:00 – Wedding Ceremony Our ceremony will commence promptly at 15:00. Cake Cutting & Canapés Following the ceremony, enjoy a slice of cake along with delicious canapés and light refreshments. Photos & Lawn Games While we capture our wedding portraits, please relax and enjoy a selection of lawn games with fellow guests. Reception Begins The evening continues with dinner, heartfelt speeches, and dancing. Let us celebrate this joyous occasion together well into the night. 23:30 – Late-Night Boma Celebration For those who still have the energy, the festivities will continue around the fire at the boma.

Check-out is strictly at 10:00 on Sunday morning (after breakfast). Guests departing after 10:00 will be responsible for any late check-out fees charged by the venue.
