Please RSVP no later than Friday, June 12, 2026. If you do not RSVP by that day, we will assume that you are unable to attend. We will miss celebrating with you, but we must provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us.
We encourage all guests to wear formal attire. Formal dress code for women includes floor length gowns, tea-length, and midi dresses. For men, this includes suits and sport coats with slacks (please no jeans).
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. We ask that all guests arrive 15-30 minutes before (3:00-3:15 PM) so everyone can be seated on time. No seating is permitted prior to 3:00 PM.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors, with the cocktail hour and reception being held indoors. Please dress accordingly for potentially cooler climates (consider a shawl or covering).
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event, so please, no children in attendance. Your invitations and subsequently your RSVP block denote who is invited; no additional children nor plus ones can be added due to our choices and per venue policies for the final headcount. Thank you for understanding. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
Atlantic Resort at Wyndham has free on-site parking for all guests.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitations and subsequently your RSVP block denote who is invited; no additional plus ones nor children can be added due to our choices and per venue policies for the final headcount. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
Cocktail hour is on us! Please enjoy drinks from the bar on us during cocktail hour, after which, individuals will be responsible for their drinks. Due to venue policy and regulations, no outside alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises.
While we have an official wedding-designated room block, it may fill up fast. If the room block is all booked, don't worry, the Wyndham is still an active hotel and you are highly encouraged to book a room there. Otherwise, or if the hotel ends up filling up, Middletown and Newport have no shortage of great hotels and AirBnBs nearby. Just a note for those not familiar with the area, RI is a small state but if you see hotels in towns like Narragansett, Warwick, North Kingstown, etc., those are a considerable distance when factoring in the bridges to get back in to Middletown.
Though bringing a gift is not expected, it is greatly appreciated if you choose to do so. We kindly ask that all gifts be shipped directly to our address in Texas as we do not reside in Rhode Island. As much as we'd love to, we will not have a gift table at the reception, only a card box, and we will be unable to transport items back to Texas. Thank you very much for understanding.
