Like many modern love stories, ours began with a swipe—but it quickly became so much more. We spent time getting to know each other through long conversations that never seemed to run out, discovering a shared love of sports, learning, and the joy of being an auntie and an uncle. By the time we met in person on our first date in June 2021, it already felt like we were picking up a conversation that had been going on forever. From the very beginning, we brought out the best—and the silliest—in one another. We became each other’s biggest fans, celebrating wins both big and small—from a 2023 co‑ed slow‑pitch championship to the simple joy of realizing it was finally Friday. We marked anniversaries in Cabo and Canada, soaked up beach days and bike rides, and perfected pasta date nights at home. Along the way, we learned how to blend two worlds into one, building a partnership rooted in friendship, unwavering support, and a lot of laughter. In October 2023, we took another leap and bought a home together—creating a place filled with love, warmth, and memories in the making. Then, in March 2024, our greatest joy arrived when we welcomed Rory into the world. She is the perfect blend of us both and the most meaningful chapter of our story yet, reminding us that love has a way of growing when you least expect it. On December 24, 2024, at Crystal Cove Beach—the same place we had our third date—we said yes to forever. What started as a simple match turned into a life built on teamwork, endless conversation, and cheering each other on through every season. We can’t wait to continue this incredible adventure together, now as husband and wife, and as a family.
