What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Everyone is welcome for Social Hour starting at 2:00 pm! Family members, please arrive no later than 2:30 pm.

When should I RSVP by?***

June 15th! ***We realize many invitations arrived late, please RSVP no later than June 21st.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Suggested: "Dressy Casual - Relaxed and comfortable but still polished." "Garden Attire - Sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, and fun accessories."

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Yes! We will have a coach bus making stops at all 3 hotels beginning at 1:30 pm until 3:15 pm. Resuming again at 8 pm for return trips to the hotels. (See 'Travel' tab for more details.)

A few notes about the venue:

Please keep out of the animal pastures and flower beds - please do not pick flowers either, leave them in peace for everyone to enjoy! There are some apple trees next to the barn, please do not pick or eat any of the apples. No pets are allowed besides service animals. There are 2 designated smoking areas outside of the barn. Overnight parking is allowed but vehicles need to be picked up in a timely matter the following day.
