What is a microwedding?

Answer

A microwedding is generally three hours long with approximately 35 people in attendance. Our ceremony will take place outdoors, and guests may mingle either outdoors or indoors with food and drink afterwards. We're excited to have an intimate wedding, and be able to spend time with all of our guests!

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Due to the current world situation, we have decided not to go forward with a hotel block. If you would like to stay near our wedding, we recommend you look at hotels in downtown Cincinnati, Newport, Kentucky, or consider Weller Haus! If you would like to stay near the Kirkendalls, we recommend you look for a hotel/Airbnb in Blue Ash.

What is Zola store credit?

Answer

Zola store credit (the gift card on the registry) allows us to pick and purchase our own physical gifts from the Zola store, such as bed and bath, cookware, and more! (Think of it like a Target gift card for weddings.) Giving Zola store credit is a win/win for you and for us. It allows you to choose the value of your gift, and it allows us to order physical items after we move. Hint: If you'd like to give us a gift, but don't know what to give, this is a great gift! What is a group gift?

Answer

You may contribute any amount to items that are marked group gift. For example: You may contribute $25 to an item, rather than purchasing the entire item.

Question

I can't make it / I don't feel comfortable attending. Will you have a traditional reception later?

Answer

We completely understand! It is certainly a possibility. However, there are no plans at this time.
