Do you have any hotel recommendations?

See our "Travel & Stay" page for our recommendations! We would suggest staying in Carolina Beach or Downtown Wilmington. Friday night Welcome Party will be in Carolina Beach. Ceremony and Reception will be in Downtown Wilmington on Saturday. Bus transportation will be provided from Carolina Beach to the Ceremony & Reception on Saturday.

Is there parking at the SeaWitch for the Welcome Drinks on Friday night?

Answer

Most parking in Carolina Beach is paid parking from 9 am - 8 pm, including the lots around SeaWitch. So, read the signs in the lots and on the streets carefully. There is free parking at the St. Paul's United Methodist Church which is about an 8 minute walk to SeaWitch. The church is located at 300 Harper Ave, Carolina Beach.

Is there parking at the Brooklyn Arts Center for the ceremony and reception on Saturday?

Answer

Yes. There is plenty of free street parking all around Brooklyn Arts Center. Guests can also use the nearby parking lot on the corner of Campbell Street and N 5th Street (First Baptist Church lot).
