Q: What does “Geauxing Ducharme” mean?
A: Pronounced as “Go,” “Geaxing Ducharme” was a way to pay tribute to the Great State of Louisiana which we love so much! (in addition to LSU!)
In translation, we are Going Ducharme!
Q: Why are you eloping?
A: Throughout the years w've celebrated our love with our friends and family! During the past decade, together we have had lots of adventures. As we begin this next adventure as husband and wife, it makes sense for us to do this while doing what we love most….travel!
Q: Will pictures be available from the wedding?
A: Of course! After our trip and time spent celebrating, we will share the photos from our wedding day!
Q: How do both your parents feel about this? (Because we know you’re thinking the question…)
A: Like everything we’ve done, we’ve gone about it together without the influence of others affecting our decisions.
It is with great love and joy that our parents understand, support (and truthfully expected) our decision to elope.
