The Sheraton is a great high-end hotel located at the base area of Steamboat Mountain. We will be having a shuttle service pick guests up at The Steamboat Grand to take them to the wedding venue and shuttle them back at the end of the night. The Holiday Inn is a great hotel option for wedding guests looking for a more affordable option. The Holiday Inn is centrally located in Steamboat with great accessibility to the Haymaker Golf Course and fishing and tubing at the Yampa River. We will be having a shuttle service pick up guests at the Holiday Inn to take them to the wedding venue and shuttle them back at the end of the night. Vacasa is a vacation rental company that manages numerous properties in Steamboat. Vacasa is a great option for guests looking for multi-room condos. Guests who book with Vacasa will need to arrange transportation to The Grand Hotel or The Holiday Inn for our wedding day shuttle service. For guests traveling from out of state, Denver International Airport is the most affordable and cost effective option. DIA is approximately a 3 hour drive to Steamboat. There are multiple shuttle services and car rental companies available at DIA.

Hayden Airport is the closest airport for guests looking to fly directly into Steamboat. Flights are typically more limited and costly than DIA. Hayden Airport is approximately a 30 minute drive to Steamboat. There are multiple shuttle services and car rental companies available at Hayden Airport.

SHUTTLE SERVICE: Steamboat Grand / The Holiday Inn

August 7, 2021 4:00 pm - 12:00 am

All wedding guests are strongly encouraged to take our shuttle service to the wedding venue. Please note, there is no parking available at the wedding venue. There will be a shuttle service available from The Grand Hotel & The Holiday Inn starting at 4pm. At the end of the night, the shuttle service will return all guests back to The Grand Hotel & Holiday Inn. Wedding guests who do not take our shuttle service will be responsible for finding their own ground transportation. Please note, taxis/ubers/lyfts are very limited in Steamboat, which is why we're strongly encouraging all guests to take our shuttle service.
