We went down to the city for a Christmas gift I had gotten him, which was The Odyssey Cruise Boat. He wanted to go down earlier so we could grab some appetizers and drinks before in Navy Pier. As we were walking through Navy Pier, he stopped and looked at me with tears and got down on one knee. I definitely blacked out in that moment and don’t remember a thing he had said. It was emotional for the both of us, as we both have talked about marriage one day since the week we met. A random man came from behind a bush taking beautiful pictures of us and our proposal. It was such an amazing experience. Afterwards, we got on our Odyssey boat and even got free champagne and dessert. Truly a moment I’ll never forget with the love of my life 🤍
