I met her in the Warwick Bethel dining room. An absolutely gorgeous girl who I was scared to talk to. I had heard about her, a beautiful girl, who was not afraid to work hard for Jehovah. Preaching in third world countries, serving on disaster relief projects, working at the Stanley Theatre, and then of course at Bethel. After a few coffee rendezvous, and a number of group hangouts, she asked for my personal help (with work related things of course). I realized this girl was unlike anyone I have ever met, and the girl I never thought could exist. I finally offered her a courtship via an envelope on top of a sunset hike. The only thing the envelope contained: a ticket to the Empire State Building for that Tuesday, at 7:00 p.m. She said yes, on top of the world. I quickly realized, she was my gift from Jehovah. I am ineffably excited for the adventure of a lifetime with my forever Novia. ~ Ellis Her comments: What did you like about Ellis? He would go above and beyond to help me. He had the reputation of being a kind, spiritual, humble, and a hard working brother. I was able to see these things for myself and I quickly fell in love with him... and ofcourse with his beautiful smile as well Who made the first move? How? He wrote me a song and played it with his guitar on the boardwalk with the NY skyline view
