Bus Departure from Hotel

4:15 pm

No drinking and driving!

We have arranged for a school bus to come pick up guests from the hotel at 4:15pm. Then, the bus will pick up guests from the wedding venue at 10pm and 11:55pm. Please let us know by text or email if you are choosing to drive yourself and/or others to the cottage. Please note there is limited parking and vehicles will not be allowed to be parked there overnight.

Guest Arrival

4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Semi-formal attire, autumnal and earth tones

Limited parking, narrow entrance to property.

Ceremony

5:00 pm - 5:45 pm

This will be a standing ceremony. We promise to keep it short and sweet!

Weather permitting, we plan to get married on the dock and have our guests gather around (no sides, stand wherever!). Chairs can be provided upon request. Umbrellas suggested if it's a rainy day.

Cocktail Hour

5:45 pm - 6:45 pm

Cocktail hour for guests in the lower level of the cottage/outside while the wedding party finishes up their photos. There will be appetizers available, and wine, beer, coolers, pop and bottles of water. There will also be a designated smoking area.

Dinner & Dessert

6:45 pm - 7:45 pm

Please let us know directly if there are any dietary restrictions we should know about! Dinner will be buffet style and is going to be provided by Casal Catering. We'll have assigned seating, and tables will be called up by their numbers. Following dinner, the newlyweds will cut their cake, and then dessert will be served. Coffee will be available as well.
