Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA)

As of January 8, 2025, citizens from the US, need to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) before traveling to the UK; this essentially acts as a pre-clearance for travel and is similar to the US ESTA system. The cost for this visa is GBP 10 or approximately $12.50. The ETA is valid for two years or the remaining period of validity on a passport, whichever is shorter. *Please note that there are unscrupulous actors who pose as legitimate sites in order to scam you. Our wedding ceremony and celebration will take place at the St. Pancras Renaissance. The room rate is 325.00 GBP inclusive of VAT for single or double occupancy. Please click "view" below to book. If you wish to add breakfast to your reservation, please contact our Hotel Wedding Manager at lauren.franey@renaissancehotels.com. If you book in advance, breakfast is a discounted rate of £25.00 per person per day. Alternatively, you are welcome to add-on breakfast at the hotel, however, please note this is from £35.00 per person per day. Should you have any trouble making your reservation, or if you have any special requests, please contact lauren.franey@renaissancehotels.com You may cancel your reservation for no charge before July 3. Premier Inn London St Pancras

The Premier Inn St. Pancras is an inexpensive but quality option located directly across the street from our wedding venue/hotel. We do not have a room block here, but it can be booked by clicking "view" below. Please keep in mind that this is a very busy weekend across London so if interested in this hotel booking early is highly recommended.

Flight

Travel to London

We recommend flying into London Heathrow (LHR) or London Gatwick (LGW) airport. From each of these airports, there is an express train to the center of London. Tickets can be pre-booked at the Heathrow Express or Gatwick Express websites/apps or purchased at the station upon arrival. For the best price, pre-booking is recommended. The trains arrive at Paddington Station and Victoria Station respectively.
