Q&A

Question

When should I rsvp by?

Answer

Please RSVP by December 1, 2027. All RSVPs received after the date will be marked as declining; we will be sending final guest count to our vendors following this deadline!

Question

What should I do if I cannot attend?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so that we can plan accordingly.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us! Our dress code is summer formal. For men, we ask that you wear a tux or a suit (no jeans please!). For women, we ask that you wear a dress (midi or floor length). Fun textures and layers are encouraged! Kindly note: Blue& white is reserved for the wedding party.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to limited capacity, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of members in the wedding party. We truly appreciate your understanding, and we encourage you to use it as a date night!

Question

Can I bring a date or plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those specifically named on the invitation. If your invitation is addressed to you "and guest," you are welcome to bring a plus one. We truly appreciate your understanding and we cannot wait to celebrate with you!

Question

How should I prepare for the venue?

Answer

Hawaii in May is one of the most pleasant months. Our location stays 70-80 degrees year round with May usually at 75-80. May is in dry season, so it is unlikely we see rain. To be prepared, a light umbrella might be a good idea! The festivities are taking place outside. A chunky heel or dressy flats may be a good idea! If you opt for stiletto style, there are heel caps on amazon that can be helpful to prevent heels from sinking. The reception is covered, so ample shade is available.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive at the ceremony at least 15-30 minutes early to allow time for parking, walking up to the ceremony site, and settling in before the ceremony begins. The ceremony and the reception are held at the same venue, so no transportation between events is necessary.

Question

Can I take pictures at the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do." Our team is very talented. We have two photographers and one videographer that will capture every moment so you can relax during the event. You will have access to all photos as soon as we receive them. We would love to see your photos from the reception, dance floor, and everything in between!

Question

Is there an open bar?

Answer

The drinks are on us! We are having an amazing non-alcoholic bar filled with indulgent specialty mocktails curated for the evening. This comes stocked with assorted soda and juice favorites as well.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Venue specific parking is available in the three levels to the right of the venue roadway and includes specified guest parking signs. No parking is permitted on any of the roadways (drop-off is OK). The venue will provide signage on the event day to guide guests to the venue parking. We encourage guests not to use the main ranch parking due to the far walking distance from the venue itself.
