Josh and Clara’s story started the way all great love stories do, over flashing lights, arcade tokens, killer dance moves and (somehow) a bit of playful biting. They met at a barcade in Santa Ana on a night that neither of them had planned to be memorable. Unbeknownst to them, fate (with a little help from their mutual friend, Sydney) brought them together. What started as playful small talk quickly turned into hours of laughing, competing, and lots of drinks. Between rounds of Pac-Man and dance floor shenanigans, they discovered a shared love for music, late-night adventures, and not taking life too seriously. By the end of the night, the games and killer dance moves didn’t matter nearly as much as the connection they’d found. When it was time to go their separate ways, Josh wanted to be memorable and pulled a Hail Mary, and bit Clara on her shoulder. The crazy thing is, it worked, that random bite piqued Clara’s interest. Josh walked away that night feeling like he hit the jackpot and Clara walked away with a giant bite mark on her shoulder.
