Travel Information

For those planning to fly, the closest airport is Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport (ROA). However, Richmond, Charlotte, Raleigh, and D.C. area airports are all drivable (3-4 hours) and more likely to offer direct flights. We have arranged for a shuttle to pick guests up at the Hotel Roanoke, Springhill Suites, and Comfort Inn Airport and bring them to the ceremony. Transportation will then be provided from the ceremony to reception, then back to the previously listed hotels. Eat, drink, be merry, and get back to your room safely! Check back here closer to the event for a shuttle schedule. We have secured room blocks at the hotels listed below.
