Shuttle Information

There will be transportation from Springhill Suites and Hotel Roanoke to the ceremony, reception, and back to the hotels. If you are staying at Liberty Trust and would like to utilize transportation, please make your way to Hotel Roanoke for pickup, as there is construction near Liberty Trust prohibiting the buses from sitting idle. There is a pedestrian bridge that will allow you cross the railroad tracks and get to the Hotel Roanoke. See map at link below.

Afternoon Schedule

Springhill Suites 1:45 p.m. - Arrive for guest pickup 2:00 p.m. - Depart Springhill Suites *This bus will make a stop at Hotel Roanoke before heading to St. Elias Church for ceremony. 2:40 p.m. - Arrive at St. Elias Church Hotel Roanoke *Buses will pick up on the conference center side of the hotel on Wells Avenue, not the roundabout at the main entrance. We suggest confirming with the bus driver that they are going to St. Elias Church for the Ferris-Raff wedding, as there are a lot of events happening in Roanoke this weekend. 2:00-2:10 p.m. - Two buses arrive for guest pickup 2:15 p.m. - First bus departs Hotel Roanoke 2:25 p.m. - Second bus departs Hotel Roanoke 2:30-2:40p.m. - Buses arrives at St. Elias Church Comfort Inn Airport 2:20 p.m. - A 14 passenger Ford Transit will arrive to take guests to St. Elias Church. 2:30 p.m. - Depart for ceremony. *Ford Transit will only be available to hotel guests at this time. We ask that all guests utilize the buses the remainder of the evening. Buses will remain at the church and transport guests to Roanoke Country Club following the ceremony. 4:30-4:45 p.m. - Buses arrive at Roanoke Country Club.

9:00 p.m. - Early departure; guests who wish to return to their hotels at this time may utilize the buses to get to Hotel Roanoke and Springhill Suites. 10:30 p.m. - Reception end; guests who wish to return to their hotels at this time may utilize the buses to get to Hotel Roanoke and Springhill Suites. *Guests staying at the Comfort Inn are asked to inform the bus drivers of their destination. 10:40-10:50 p.m. - Buses depart Roanoke Country Club as they are full.
