We have reserved blocks of rooms at the Webster Holiday Inn Express and the Webster Hampton Inn, both of which are approximately 10 minutes from The Lodge at Shadow Hill.
We have blocked rooms at each hotel under the name Connors-Kotary wedding. To take advantage of the block rate, reservations must be made by May 25th, 2021. Please note that because hotel rates are fluctuating frequently, the current rate may be less expensive than the block rate, so we recommend asking about this and booking outside of the block if it is more affordable.
You can receive a refund on any booked rooms as long as cancellations are made 24 hours prior to the day of arrival at both hotels. We recommend you confirm this at time of booking.
We have arranged for a bus to shuttle guests between the Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn, and the venue. Times below:
Arrival:
2:15 PM pick up at Hampton Inn
2:30 PM pick up at Holiday Inn
2:45 PM drop off at venue
Departure:
9:00 PM, 10:00 PM, 11:00 PM.
