If you are driving to the party, there is parking available in two lots adjacent to Space Annex. One is the lot at Bayaud Enterprises on Bayaud Ave. The other one is the lot in front of Astro Automotive on Cherokee St. Additionally, the venue is located in a residential neighborhood so there should be street parking available as well! *One thing to note - there is a Halloween Parade on Broadway Street that night, so street parking might be more limited.
