How do I get to the venue?

Answer

The venue is the Regency Venue located at W St Germain St #912, St Cloud, MN. If you are staying at our designated hotel, there will be shuttles before and after the wedding to bring you. See our Travel page for more information. If you are coming in via car, you can park behind the venue for free. Your car can stay overnight, and there are Ubers/taxis available if you need a safe ride.

Can I take photos?

Answer

During the ceremony, we ask that you keep your phones and cameras put away and truly with us during the time that we become husband and wife. We have hired an amazing photographer (Hiiii, Kimberly Williams Photography) who will be able to take all the photos we need during the ceremony. After the ceremony, the reception will begin! Feel free then to pull out your phone and take all the photos you want.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event due to the capacity of the venue and so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Do you have a room block?

Answer

Yes! We have rooms blocked at the Best Western Kelly Inn in St. Cloud. Click the travel tab to be brought to the link to reserve your room, or feel free to call. Mention SCHUBERT WEDDING when you call to make your reservation. Trobec's Bus will be providing transportation to and from the hotel for all guests staying there.
