We're (still) getting married!

Welcome to our wedding website - you made it! We made it! We can’t wait to celebrate our special day with you. We’ve created this website as a convenient way to share all of the important details. Thank you for your ongoing love and support. We are so excited to share this day with you and look forward to dancing the night away with all of our favorite people!

How time flies! Amanda and Elliot met in December 2016 while we were both working for Nestle, though we didn’t actually meet at work but at a holiday party thrown by Facebook! Our story soon took a long distance turn as Elliot was asked to move to Switzerland for a role at the Nestle HQ six months later and Amanda moved to Washington, D.C. as Nestle USA moved their HQ there! After Elliot returned to the US, we moved in together in 2019 with our sweet cat, Lucy. Elliot proposed on the coast of California in October of 2019 with a big surprise party and then Amanda surprised Elliot by getting a promotion to Seattle! In the last almost two years in Seattle, we've played quarantine bingo by postponing our wedding (twice), adopting a rescue puppy, Ethel, and buying a house! Throughout the many places we have lived (4 cities since we met!) and traveled (a lot!) in our relationship, we always find a way back to each other. We love each other’s adventurous spirit and passion for relationships (family, friends, each other and NY sports teams (for E)) and can’t wait to marry each other in October surrounded by all of you!
