We are delighted to welcome children to the ceremony and reception. Please be sure to list them on your RSVP to ensure we have enough food and seating for everyone to enjoy the night. If you want a night out, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and we look forward to celebrating with you!
Our ceremony will be unplugged. For this, we ask all phones and cameras to be put away and there be no pictures or videos taken. You are more than welcome to take photos and videos throughout the reception (only if you share them with us)! This is such a special day for us and we have the most talented photography and videography team that are working hard to capture all the moments of this special day. We want you to take it all in, celebrate, and be in the moment with us!
Please be at the venue no later than 3:40 pm. Late parties will not be permitted entrance to the ceremony and will have to wait to join us for the reception.
To RSVP, click on the RSVP tab at the top of our wedding website or scan the QR code on the back of your invitation, this will take you directly to the RSVP section. From here, type in the name(s) listed on the invitation envelope. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked as "not attending". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a final guest count to the venue on time. Due to the number of vendors that are based on final guest count, we can not accept late RSVPs. Thank you for understanding.
As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue's capacity and our budget, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. We have accounted for plus ones and those are marked on your invitation, if permitted. Thank you for understanding!
The ceremony will be held outside and the reception will be held indoors. Should the weather permit us to have an outdoor ceremony, the venue is equipped and ready to move indoors. Wedding time is still set at 4 pm.
