Ceremony & Reception Dress Code?

Answer

Formal. Suits, floor-length dresses, cocktail dresses, and elevated separates. When choosing footwear, keep in mind that we will be spending the evening on grass. Also, the temperature can be variable in Tannersville during September, so make sure to check-in closer to the date. A light coat or sweater may be welcome as the sun sets.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

The RSVP form will provide space for you to share which guest(s) have food allergies or dietary restrictions. Please fill this out! We will be sharing a family-style meal, and we want everyone to feel included and, most importantly, safe! Feel free to reach out to us with any concerns.

Is there parking at Deer Mountain Inn?

The weekend's shuttles will take you everywhere you need to go. Deer Mountain Inn does have limited parking, though. Please reach out to Ellie (973-902-3115) or Collin (203-517-6977) if you plan to need it!

How do I get to the welcome party?

Answer

Starting at 7:15PM on Friday, a shuttle will do rounds taking folks to/from Bluebird Hunter Lodge to Last Chance Antiques and Cheese Café. The bus will make its final trip at 10PM. Hotel Mountainbrook is a short walk to/from Last Chance. There is also parking right in town.

How do I get to the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Starting at 3:30PM, shuttles will do rounds picking folks up at both the hotels and taking them to the mountaintop for the ceremony. There will be transportation back to the hotels after both the reception and the after party. If you plan to drive to the event, please arrive no later than 4PM.
