6:00 PM: Avidity Wines (venue) closes to the public. Vendors begin to arrive and set up.
6:30 PM: Venue is reserved for our use and guests may begin arriving.
6:30-8:00 PM: Reception! (We're doing this backwards). Games, food, and photos will take place until the sun goes down.
8:00-8:30 PM: Set up for ceremony and take places.
8:30 PM: Sunset ceremony
8:45 - 10:00 PM: Campfires, desserts, and stargazing
10:00 PM: Begin unwinding and send offs
10:30 PM: Venue closes
