After living on the same floor in Tower C at Towson University, Ellie and Spencer quickly became best friends. Bonding through a unique strain of goofiness, they remained friends for many years. Once they both graduated and found jobs near Baltimore city, and were finally single at the same time, they started hanging out more. It was strange falling in love with your best friend, but involuntary and inevitable. Through friends, games, music, concerts, movies, parties and vacations, Spencer and Ellie discovered the meaning of true love (no pun intended).
