FAQs

Question

What is the wedding date and time?

Answer

The wedding is on 12th August 2026. The ceremony will take place at 4pm to ensure that the temperature is comfortable for guests.

Question

How do we travel to the venue?

Answer

The hotels and villas on the 'travel' section of this website are within a 20 minute walking distance of the wedding villa or a 5 minute taxi. There are several taxi services on the island, please communicate with your hotel and they will be able to assist you.

Question

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

As much as we love all of your little ones, we are having an adults only wedding and request that there are no children present on the day; however, children are more than welcome to attend the pre and post wedding celebrations.

Question

What is the weather like?

Answer

In August, the average temperature is 27 degrees. We will be getting married at 4pm to hopefully ensure that the temperature is lower and guests can enjoy the outdoor wedding reception.

Question

Will there be any pre wedding celebrations?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be hosting a welcome party on 11th August for all our guests. We can’t wait to spend time together before the big day! More details will be provided soon.

Question

Will there be any post wedding celebrations

Answer

Yes! We’ll be hosting a post wedding BBQ at the villa on 13th August for all our guests. More information about the time of this event will follow.

Question

Is there an official registry?

Answer

No, your presence at our wedding is enough. If you would like to gift anything, then a contribution to our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated.

Question

What if I can't make it to the wedding?

Answer

We know that some people may not be able to make the wedding, especially with our celebrations being abroad. We completely understand! Whilst we’ll miss you, we’ll be sure to share photos and memories from our big day.

Question

Where can we stay?

Answer

We have set up a page on the website titled 'Travel' where we have recommended some local hotels and villas, though there are many other options on the island.
