Yes! Children are invited to the wedding. For those with children, their names are in the invitation and trackers on our end. If you think you would prefer to enjoy any events sans children, reach out to Ellie and Nicholas for local childcare recommendations!
Like most southern cities it can be hot and humid, especially as the summer ramps up. It may rain during the afternoons, so preparation for potential showers never hurts. We recommend checking your preferred weather source 7-10 days out from travel.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors in the beautiful gardens. Dinner and dancing are indoors.

For the safety of all and the health of the gardens, please refrain smoking or vaping, picking flowers, or standing on flowerbeds. We also ask guests not to bring their own alcohol to the event. We promise we will be well stocked!

Louisville is very walkable, especially in the downtown and NuLu areas. Travel to and from the airport will require some sort of car (Uber, rental etc.). If you are staying at or near the Tempo by Hilton, the venue is ~5 minutes away by car.
Yes! Both events are taking place at the Waterfront Botanical Gardens.
Yes! The botanical garden has a large gravel lot attached to the venue.
