Hotels Close to the Venue

Hilton: 2055 Summer Lee Dr, Rockwall, TX 75032 The link will take you to the closest hotel to the venue. If you wish to stay closeby, the Hilton Dallas/Rockwall Lakefront hotel is a great option. Please note you must find transportation to and from the venue. Uber/Lyft are not reliable options at the venue. For OUT OF TOWN GUESTS, please stay at the Hilton Dallas/Rockwall Lakefront. We will be providing a shuttle service for out of towners from the venue back to the hotel, but you must reserve your spot on the shuttle. Please email us at elhaumandmax@gmail.com to reserve your spot on the shuttle. Ubers and Lyfts are available from the Hotel to the venue. The shuttle will bring you back at night so you're not standing around waiting for an Uber for hours. If you plan to explore DFW and all it has to offer, we highly recommend renting a car, as everything is very far away from each other and Uber/Lyft will become pricier than renting a vehicle. If you live in town but must use the shuttle service, please email us and we will let you know if we have availability. UPDATE: as of 11/9/23 the shuttle has been filled for the last run at 11 pm. If you wish to leave earlier, the shuttle is still available.

FOR OUR OUT OF TOWN GUESTS WHO PREFER TO STAY IN DALLAS : We have included a hotel room block in Dallas so you can be located in a prime area for your stay. This location is about an hour away from the venue. Virgin Hotels Dallas is located in the design district and is minutes away from downtown, uptown, and great eats. It is about an hour from the venue, you will have to find transportation.
