Please Note: The check-in time of 4:00 PM Saturday and check-out time of 10:00 AM Tuesday apply only to guests staying overnight at the Airbnb and reflect the earliest available access to the house. Guests who are not staying at the Airbnb are warmly welcome to join us at the house and for all scheduled events anytime between Saturday afternoon and Monday night as we celebrate together throughout the weekend.
Saturday Welcome & Arrival

Welcome to our wedding weekend! Guest check-in for those staying at the Airbnb begins at 4:00 PM, which is the earliest available access to the house. Once you arrive, get settled in and make yourself at home for the weekend. Saturday evening is intentionally relaxed with time to unwind, catch up, and settle in together before the rest of the weekend unfolds. Please plan to grab or bring your own dinner for the evening. A list of recommended local restaurants is included in the Red Oak Manor guest guidebook.

Feel free to dress up or down for the evening, whatever feels most comfortable to you.
Sunday is a laid-back day to spend time together before the wedding. Breakfast will be available at the Airbnb from 8:00–10:00 AM, followed by worship and a short devotional from 10:30–11:00 AM. From 11:00 AM–5:00 PM, everyone will have free time to relax, explore the area, or join separate activities planned for the men and women, with a group hike for anyone who would like to join. The wedding party will come together for rehearsal at 5:30 PM, and everyone is invited to join us afterward for a casual cookout-style dinner at the Airbnb. The evening will continue with time to relax and hang out together, with a cozy movie night for any ladies who would like to stay up a little later.

Pre-Celebratory Dinner

Please wear something nice but comfortable, similar to what you might wear to church or a nice dinner out. Button up shirts, polos, khakis, nice blouses, skirts, sundresses, or casual dresses are perfect. No need for formalwear yet, since everyone will have time to change into their wedding outfits before the ceremony.
Please plan for an outdoor seated dinner at our Airbnb. Appetizers will begin at 2:00 PM before dinner is served.
Ceremony
5:30 pm
Please plan to change into your wedding ceremony attire before departing for the ceremony. Men should wear suits, and women are invited to wear semi-formal dresses in soft, summery colors such as pastels, florals, light blues, sage, blush, lavender, or yellow. Please choose comfortable shoes suitable for standing and walking on grass
Please be ready to depart from the Airbnb between 5:30–5:45 PM as we will be leaving together for the ceremony site. The ceremony will begin around 6:30 PM. Following the ceremony, family and wedding party photos will take place at the ceremony site. Afterwards, we would like to invite everyone, within their availability, back to the Airbnb for cake, music, and celebration together! This is an outdoor standing ceremony, so be thoughtful to wear shoes you find comfortable. However, chairs will be available for grandparents during the ceremony.
