Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding is an adult ceremony followed by an adult reception. Though we love your children with all our hearts, we kindly request that childcare is arranged in advance.

What is the dress code?

Answer

This is a semi-formal wedding. Though a tux and gown are not recommended (and honestly, you would look a little silly lol) we do request that you are dressed your best! What we would love to see you in: Male Presenting individuals- Dress shoes Khakis or dress pants A collared polo or dress shirt Something colorful and fun! Female presenting individuals- Dresses (long or short) Heels, dress boots, fancy sandals, or flats Pant Suits Skirts and Fancy Blouses Dress Pants and Fancy Blouses Something colorful and fun! What we would love much less to see you in: White (sorry... I'm THAT bride) Denim (including jeans) Camo (sorry family lol!) Hats Your Birthday Suit ;) If you choose to wear heels, opt for a block heel opposed to a stiletto; as all outdoor walkways are gravel and the barn floor is a true wooden barn floor!

What is on the menu?

Answer

Just Ben's Catering will be providing a lovely charcuterie table for cocktail hour, along with Carved Beef Tenderloin, Stuffed Chicken Breast, Macaroni and Cheese, Parsley Red Potatoes, Rolls, Garden Salad, and Green Beans There will also be a traditional Pittsburgh Cookie Table including a variety of cookies made by family and friends. Our 'cake' will be a variety of colorful and flavorful cupcakes made by Hilary Jacobson and Trudee Blair. Flavors will include Raspberry Filled, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Pumpkin, and more!

Yes! We will be offering 2 kegs and 2 fun signature drinks!
