We're getting married!

We met on a Caribbean cruise over New Years 2023. We were on vacation with our families, rooting for opposing football teams for the college football playoff game, which is how we initially noticed each other. Our families instantly got along so well and our parents developed a friendship early in the week and us kids hung out every day, playing corn hole, Euchre, and basketball. For whatever reason, the two of us continued texting and calling each other just about every day following the cruise, developing a sweet friendship and realizing we had so much in common. A couple weeks following the cruise, Jeremy came to Georgia for a visit and stayed for the weekend. From there, the rest is history, and we knew early on we wanted to get married. Jeremy proposed in the Netherlands during a fun little trip with Anna, Ellie's sister, and Natalie Kate, Ellie's best friend and maid-of-honor. We are so excited for this sweet life together that God has so generously blessed us with and counting down the days until we forever say goodbye to long-distance.
