Yes, the dress code is Black-Tie. Black-Tie means, floor-length gowns or long dresses for ladies and tuxedos with black neckties or bowties for gentlemen.
The weather in New Orleans in November is generally cool and sunny. The highs are in the mid-60s or low-70s and lows in the mid to low-50s, but definitely check in the weeks leading up to the wedding!
Transportation will be provided for our guests from the host hotels to the ceremony, on to the reception and back to the hotels at the end of the night. Before the Ceremony Shuttles will depart for Trinity Episcopal Church at the following times: Four Seasons Hotel: departs at 4:45 PM Hilton Riverside: departs at 5:10 PM Hotel Monteleone: departs at 5:05 PM The Westin New Orleans: departs at 5:10 PM All shuttles will wait at the church and continue to The Josephine immediately following the ceremony. After the Reception Return shuttles will depart continuously from The Josephine beginning at 9:30 PM, with the final departure at 12:00 AM. Drop-off locations include: Four Seasons • Hilton Riverside • The Westin • Hotel Monteleone (Please note: buses cannot drop directly at Hotel Monteleone; guests will be dropped nearby at Canal and Royal.)
We will be serving dinner with plenty of great New Orleans food and cocktails in the traditional New Orleans way with a reception style celebration!
