We love this hotel right near our apt! It's about .5 miles from 2 Doors Down bar as well. There aren't many AirBnBs in NYC so if you're looking for a larger space for your stay, we recommend Sonder. They have a bunch of properties around NYC, including a couple in the Financial District that include kitchens. This would be a good option for anyone traveling with kids!
