We first met on Valentine's Day in 2020 when Chris was cooking hibachi at Takaoka of Japan. Ellie took the last reservation of the night and Chris took her table. He put on quite a show and made the dinner one to remember. After she paid for her meal, Chris looked for her name on the receipt and had the courage to look her up on Facebook. He sent her a message that night and they went on their first date at P.F. Chang's, shopping at Glenbrook Mall, and bowling at Crazy Pinz just one week later after a long day in her college classes. From that moment on, they were inseparable. Ellie moved in with Chris a short time later and they were officially dating in July of 2020. After many amazing vacations together, two moves, and a kitten, Chris proposed. He took Ellie to the Skydeck in Chicago at Willis Tower and proposed on the 103rd floor on October 20, 2023. Since then, Ellie has finished her college degree and they bought their first home together. After over six years together, we are so excited to start this new chapter together as husband and wife. We cannot wait to spend the best day of our lives with the people we love most. There is nowhere else we would rather be than our favorite place, together.
