Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm so we request guests plan to arrive no earlier than 2:45pm but no later than 3:15pm. Guests who have not arrived by the start of the ceremony will not be permitted to enter the venue until after the conclusion of the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring Bryce and I have our special moment, uninterrupted.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guests not explicitly stated on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to celebrate with you!
As much as we love your little ones, with the exception of our Ring Bearer & Flower Girls, our wedding will be child-free. Enjoy the night off!
We encourage our guests to dress their best! Please join us in formal attire. We suggest suits for gentlemen and elegant dresses for ladies. We kindly ask you refrain from wearing casual clothes such as jeans or tshirts. Our bridesmaids will be in floor length dresses and our groomsmen will be in suits for reference! We will be asking our guests to follow a color palette of reds, pinks, dark green & black.
Our wedding will take place at Mountain Shadows Resort. Guests may choose to stay on property, as a poolside celebration will be held there the following day. The link for discounted accommodations will be under the travel tab.
We invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony by keeping phones and cameras tucked away. This will allow our photographers and videographers to beautifully capture the moment for us all to enjoy later. We can’t wait to celebrate with you—and encourage all the photos you’d like once cocktail hour begins!
