We ask that you RSVP as soon as you can so we can organize with our vendors. However, the deadline is November 17, 2025.
If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as "no". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. We will send formal invitations as a reminder to RSVP before the deadline. Thank you for understanding!

Semi-Formal: polished and elegant but not overly formal. For women, cocktail or maxi dresses. For men, suits or dress shirts and tie optional. The ceremony and reception will both be inside but it could still be cold, so dressing in layers (having a coat or jacket) could be helpful!
Please arrive to St. Philip's Catholic Church 30-45 minutes before the ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at 1:00 PM. Please keep in mind the church has a parking deck and may take a few minutes to park and walk over. For the reception, cocktail hour will begin at 6:00 PM and dinner will be available around 7:00 PM.
Yes, overnight valet parking is allowed at the Harpeth Hotel. However, there is a free parking garage around the block from the church. The reception is about a block away from the church and parking garage.

You do not have to choose any we provide, but we hope it helps in your search. We only have a limited number of rooms for our room block at the Harpeth Hotel, however we are able to request more rooms as long as they have availability.
