We have known one another since the fourth grade at St. Vincent de Paul and yes, Andrew was just as tall then as he is now. Little did we know a few years later, we would then end up living in the same neighborhood just a few streets down from one another. Remaining close and then becoming best friends in high school, driver's education classes together lead to peach ice cream drives to our favorite local spot. After graduation, we traded our ice cream drives to visits to one another's colleges. In 2014, we finally saw what so many of our friends and family frequently asked us about all those years before, and started dating. A lot of life has happened since then, but one thing has always remained the same - we are one another's person. Being able to say that we get to marry our best friend is an honor and we can't wait to celebrate this next chapter.
Love is contagious, but so is COVID-19! Out of an abundance of caution for the health and safety of our loved ones and following CDC guidelines, we have made the difficult decision to downsize the attendance at the celebration of our wedding. We are heartbroken that we will not be able to celebrate as we originally envisioned. We much appreciate your continued love and support , and while we feel it was the right decision, we hope you understand it wasn't an easy one to make. As of June of 2021, we are planning to move forward with our plans of having a small outdoor wedding celebration. Any updates regarding COVID-19 changes can be found on our website or feel free to follow up with our wedding planner!
