Our love story started at a young age. From school, youth group, and mutual friends, we developed a friendship. Stemming from this, we gravitated to each other and never looked back. We grew in love that was gentle, full of laughter, joyful, grounded, and full of grace. Through prayer and intentional conversations, God placed marriage on our hearts. This beautiful gift from the Lord above has overwhelmed us with His presence and grown our love for not only each other but for Him. God's hand has been ever so present in every moment and we are overjoyed to be taking this next step together. We have seen the love of Christ throughout our whole relationship, trusting Him with it all. The Lord has been faithful to us, and we continue to trust in His plan. He led us across the world together through our college years at Grand Canyon University, and now in a season of long distance as Ellie was called to Taylor. Rooted in Him, God has overwhelmed us with strength and peace through the distance, continuing to grow our love for one another. We strive to reflect the love of Jesus and the life He exemplified on earth through His sacrifice on the cross. We believe marriage is a beautiful demonstration of Christ's love for us. We serve a great and mighty God who went before us to show us how to love. We look forward to loving each other as Christ loved the church. As we step into this covenant and become one flesh, we look to honor Him in all we do. Romans 11:36 - "For from him and through him and for him are all things. To him be the glory forever!" As we are in a season of waiting, we would be overjoyed with your support in prayer over our marriage. Specifically, prayers that God will posture our hearts to be filled with wisdom as we seek Him earnestly. We are extremely grateful by the continued support we have been shown by all of our loved ones as we look forward to a life together as one, united in Christ. Love, The soon to be Herschberger's
