Yes!
We will have shuttles taking guests from Hyatt Place Boulder in the afternoon before the ceremony and then returning them to Hyatt Place Boulder in the evening after the reception. You do not need to stay at the Hyatt to utilize the shuttles- you just need to get there in time for the transportation. :)
We have room blocks for the Hyatt Place Boulder. If you are more an Airbnb type queen, we suggest these areas: Boulder, Lafayette, Louisville, Longmont, Erie, Gunbarrel, & Niwot. These are beautiful areas surrounding our wedding venue. If you would like to utilize transportation day of the wedding you are still more than welcome to meet us at the hotel at the appropriate time!
Boulder is extremely walkable which is why we chose it for our hotel blocks! If you want to treat your weekend like a vacation (hell ya!) and want to visit different mountain towns for hiking, sightseeing, breweries, etc., with ease we would recommend renting your own transportation. :)
Two words: fuck.yes.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone the opportunity to relax and enjoy the evening with us. Thank you so much for understanding!
We are so excited to celebrate this special and expensive day with our closest family and friends. As we are keeping it intimate only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. The venue itself also has capacity limitations. If you have a plus one it will be noted on your invites and when you RSVP.
We can't wait to see our guests in their Sunday best. Please join us in your fanciest, most fun cocktail attire. We ARE doing something a little different- the bride and groom will be in color and we ask that guests wear black and/or white. Wearing white is NOT a faux pas at our wedding. :)
Your love and presence are the most important gifts of all. We get that a lot of you are traveling to be with us on our special day and we SO appreciate it. If you would like to contribute in another way, we do have a registry linked under the Registry page on this website.
Nope! Carrying on my mom's legacy of keeping our maiden names. :))))
