Please RSVP by May 17, 2026, so we can have an accurate headcount. We have invited 64 people. If you cannot make it to our wedding, let us know as soon as possible, so we can plan accordingly.

Cameron and I wish to keep our wedding intimate by only including those stated in your individual invitations. We kindly ask that you bring only yourselves and enjoy our wedding ceremony & reception with us!

Please only bring yourself unless otherwise stated to bring an optional guest on your individual RSVP letter/invitation.

Please arrive to the ceremony site by 5:00 p.m. on the date of the wedding at Arrowwood Weddings & Events. Check "Things to do" tab for address to wedding venue.

Semi-Formal. Please check the "schedule" tab and look under "wedding" to help you plan your attire. And, of course, please refrain from wearing white or shades of white.

Please let us know about any allergies you have once you have received your invitation. We will have a nut free dessert and entree option.

While yes, the venue is pet friendly, we kindly ask that you leave your pet at your place of stay, so that you are able to fully enjoy yourself at our wedding. If you need someplace else for your pets to stay during your travels if you brought them with you, resources can be found under the tab "things to do".

We would love for you to take photos and share them with us (send to email ellesecameron@gmail.com or flood our phones 512-663-3084 / 512-659-7674). However, please refrain from taking photos DURING the ceremony as our lovely photographer will be taking care of that for us all as we want you to be fully present! Photo taking is welcome before and after the ceremony.

Welcome to Palmer, TX. The weather here, during the month of June, can be unpredictable. The temperature in this area will likely be in the mid 90s and chance of rain is unlikely, but possible. You are also welcome to bring a change of clothes if the weather changes or if you'd like to feel more comfortable during the reception. But we would love to see you in your best, most fashionable outfit!

There is plenty of on-site guest parking. Additionally, if you are staying at the La Quinta Inn at 311 Stadium Dr, you may choose to UBER or the shuttle provided by Ellese and Cameron.

Our wedding ceremony will be outdoors, but our reception will be under a pavilion with fans if permitted.

Day of wedding: Please do not address minor concerns with Cameron or Ellese.
