What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dressy with a Western Touch We’ll be celebrating in our cowboy boots, but please don’t feel obligated to wear boots if they’re not your style... come in whatever dressy attire makes you feel comfortable!

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Early February in Black Canyon City is usually mild and beautiful during the day, but desert evenings can cool down quickly. Temperatures in the early evening are typically in the upper 50s to mid-60s, and can drop into the mid-40s to low-50s later in the night

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Some space heaters may be provided depending on the weather on that day, but we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap for your comfort.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

We kindly request that you please RSVP by January 1st so we can finalize all the fun details. We can't wait to celebrate with you! To make things easier for for everybody, RSVPs will be done online here on the website!

How do I RSVP?

Answer

We’re so glad you’re here! To RSVP, click on the RSVP tab at the top of the page. Search your name or your parties name to access your invitation. From there, you will be able to respond, select your meal, and let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re keeping our celebration intimate and personal, and are so grateful to share it with our closest friends and family. Due to space and venue limitations, we are only able to accommodate the guests specifically named on your wedding invitation. We have invited guests individually and kindly ask that you not bring a plus one unless explicitly indicated. Thank you so much for understanding!

We adore your children, but due to space and planning limitations, we are only able to accommodate the children listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests are welcome to arrive about 30 minutes before the ceremony starts!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

The venues have two parking lots available, one in front of the venue and one behind it. The venue recommends using the back lot, as it’s the closest to the venue entrance. If the back lot is full, feel free to use the front lot for overflow parking!

Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes, dinner will be served at the reception. Expect steak or chicken as your main entree. You can select your specific dinner option when you RSVP, please don't forget to list any allergies or dietary restrictions!
