When & Where?

Our wedding will take place on October 16th, 2026 at River Run Lodge. Doors open at 4:00pm for a prompt ceremony start at 4:30pm followed by the reception at the same location.

Travel & Lodging?

Answer

We have a block at Eagle Crest Resort. Our block includes rooms at The Lodge hotel and vacation homes. There are also vacation homes located in the resort through Airbnb, Vrbo and Vacasa, but these are not included in our hotel rate.

Distance between lodging and wedding venue?

Answer

Approximately 1-2 miles, depending on whether you stay at The Lodge hotel or one of the vacation homes.

Question

Transportation?

Answer

There will be free shuttle service between Eagle Crest Resort and the venue at River Run Lodge. All other transportation for the weekend will not be provided.

Children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we’ve chosen to make our wedding ceremony and reception an adults-only celebration due to the number of young children. We would love to see them for BBQ games on Saturday!
