Block Name: Ellenwood | DeWildt Wedding Block Dates: Friday & Saturday, October 4th & 5th, 2024 (guests can stay just 1 night if desired) Group Rate: $179 before tax per night (standard room types only) **I will say, as of now, you can book a room for cheaper not as a part of the block if you wanted to do non refundable or wanted to join as a member (it’s free) or both. The $179 is the base non member and refundable price. There’s also other configurations not included in the block. Payment: Guests are paying for their own rooms. Guests will be asked to provide a credit or debit card to confirm their reservations when they call. Cut Off Date: September 8th, 2024- reservations MUST be made on or before this date to guarantee a room at the block rate. Cancellations: Guests should cancel any group room reservations by 4PM local hotel time, at least 2 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty. How to Make Reservations: By Phone: Guests should call the hotel at 231.720.4200 and use prompt ‘5’ to speak to the front desk. Flight

Airports

Muskegon County Airport (MKG) is about 15 minutes from our venue and about 20 minutes from the hotel we have a blocked. This airport is small and has limited flights in, but does have a couple transfers from Chicago that might be worth looking into. Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR) is about a hour from our venue and hotel. This is a larger airport with normal service and rentals cars.
