What will the weather be like?

Answer

The weather in Charleston in February is beautiful! Typically 60's during the day and 40's in the evening.

Question

Are the events indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Welcome Party will take place indoors. However, guests will have the option to venture outside on the covered pavilion or lawn. The Wedding Ceremony will take place outside on the lawn of the venue and the reception will be indoors. In case of inclement weather, we will move the ceremony to the covered porch which will keep everyone warm and dry.

How do I get to the wedding? Where do I park?

Answer

Ride-share - There are plenty of Ubers/Lyfts in the area! On weekends they can be tricky, so be sure to plan in advance. Driving - If you will be driving, there is a large parking lot slightly up the street from the venue on the right. You are able to drop guests off at the venue, and then park in this parking lot. There will also be a golf-cart shuttle available from the parking lot to the venue for those that need assistance. There will be an officer directing traffic. We do ask that all guests party responsibly! Cars can be left in the parking lot until 9am the next morning. After 9am, cars left in the parking lot are subject to being towed.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Welcome Party- Sophisticated Southern : Please wear maxi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, cocktail dresses, slacks, khakis, button downs (to name a few) Wedding-Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Is everyone invited to the Welcome Party?

Answer

While we would LOVE to have everyone at this event, the space only allows for family (including extended family) and our wedding party. We look forward to celebrating with the rest of our guests at the wedding!
